O R D E R

% 29.11.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 were known to each other as they were living in the same locality. A quarrel took place between them which led to registration of FIR No. 204/2015 under Section 323/341/509/354B IPC at police station Sarita Vihar, on the complaint of respondent no.2. It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, aforesaid FIR may be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Kamlesh Kumar of police station Sarita Vihar. Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, aforesaid FIR may be quashed.

It is noted that offences under Sections 341/323/509 IPC have

already been permitted to be compounded by the trial court vide order dated 22nd May, 2017.

Keeping in mind the facts and circumstances as detailed above, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 204/2015 under Section 354B IPC is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
