These two petitions have been filed under Section 482 CrPC seeking quashing of two cross :FIRs i.e. FIR No.0481/2016 under Sections 341/354(A)/506 IPG, PS Bharat Nagar, Delhi and FIR No.0477/2016 under Sections 506/509/34 IPG, PS Bharat Nagar, Delhi, on the basis of settlement arrived at between the parties.

Parties are present in person.

Gase FIR No.0481/2016 under Section 341/354(A)/506 IPG has been registered on the basis of statement made by 'R' (name withheld to conceal her identity) who is wife of Paras (petitioner/accused in FIR No.0477/2016 inGrl.M.G.No.3261/2017).

Gase. FIR No.0477/2016 under Section 506/509/34 IPG has been registered on the basis.of statement made by 'N' who is daughter of Rajesh Talwar, (petitioner/accused in FIR No.0481/2016 in Grl.M.G.

No.3260/2017).

Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw these two petitions.
