% 28.08.2017 The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.PC seeking quashing of FIR No.419/2011 under Sections 406/498-A registered at Police Station - K. N. Matju Marg, Delhi.

Counsel for the parties submits that the parties have amicably settled their disputes and petitioner No. 1 (husband) and respondent No. 2 (wife) are residing together.

Statements of the parties have been recorded separately. In view of the fact that the parties have amicably resolved their differences voluntarily out of their own free will and without any coercion, pressure, and no useful purpose will be served in continuance of the proceedings. It would be in the interest of justice to quash the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto. There is no legal Crl. M. C. No. 3416/2017

impediment in quashing the FIR in question. Consequently, FIR No.419/2011 under Sections 406/498-A registered at Police Station - K. N. Matju Marg, Delhi and proceedings pursuant thereto are hereby quashed. The petition is disposed of.
