(Comm.) 292/2018 This petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the „Act‟) has been filed by the parties to the arbitration seeking extension of time for making of the Award by the Arbitral Tribunal. Having perused the contents of the petition, time for making of the Award is extended by a further period of two months with effect from 25.10.2018.

The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs.
