By this petition, petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he needs to establish social ties and also challenges the communication dated 14th August, 2018 whereby his application seeking parole to arrange finances for the study of his minor children, that is, son and daughter was dismissed by the competent authority.

A perusal of the nominal roll reveals that the petitioner has availed three furloughs in the year, last being w.e.f 3rd October, 2018, that is, after rejection of the application seeking parole on the grounds noted above. 3.

Petitioner having availed the furlough after the impugned communication this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner. W.P.(CRL) 3014/2018

Petition is dismissed.
