The petitioner has filed the present petition aggrieved by the non acceptance of an online application by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). 2.
RBI had issued a notice inviting applications for the post of Legal Consultant in Grade C/D (Assistant/Deputy Legal Adviser) on contract basis. The petitioner claims that she was eligible for applying for the said post and had attempted to do so but her online application was not accepted. 3.
At the outset, the learned counsel for the RBI states that similar complaints had also been received by other candidates and keeping that in view the RBI had decided to call for fresh online applications and in the meantime, had also decided to keep the applications already received in abeyance. He further states that prior intimation of such invitation would also be communicated to the petitioner.

In this view, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The same is, accordingly, disposed of. 5.
