% 28.08.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition stating that he would examine the question of territorial jurisdiction and thereafter would file a writ petition before the appropriate High Court. It was contended during the course of arguments that this Court may have the jurisdiction as representation has been made to the competent authority which is in Delhi. However, there is no reference to any statutory provision under which the representation, statedly filed by the petitioner can be entertained and decided.

We permit the petitioner to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition, before the Court having territorial jurisdiction.
