1. Learned counsel for the Respondents produces the copy of an order dated 28th March, 2019, granting the Petitioner the ex gratia and ex gratia disability award. The Petitioner has been asked to submit an application giving full particulars as specified therein. Subject to the Petitioner complying with the requirements, the payments be made to him not later than four weeks after his completing the formalities.

2. In that view of the matter, the petition and the pending application are disposed of.
