% 27.11.2017 Vide the present petition under Section 438 r/w Section 482 Cr.PC 1973 inter alia seeks release in the event of arrest in case FIR No. 0747/16 under section 420/468/471/441 of IPC, 1860 registered at PS Nihal Vihar.

Status Report is on the record filed by the SHO, PS Nihal Vihar and the submissions made on behalf of the State indicate that the applicant/petitioner was arrested on 05.09.2017. It has also been stated on behalf of the State that the application seeking regular bail of the petitioner is listed for 13.12.2017.

Thus, it is apparent that the present application seeking anticipatory bail has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly .
