% 02.01.2017 The present application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for the grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.279/2016, under Section 406 IPC, Police Station Mianwali Nagar. It has been stated by the learned APP for the State on the instructions of the Investigating Officer that the accused/petitioner has already joined the investigation and no more required for the purpose of arrest.
