CRL.M.A.6906/2017 in CRL.M.C. 2/2017 This is an application under Section Cr.P.C for rectification/correction of the order dated 16.03.2017 passed by this Court. Keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the order dated 16.03.2017 is modified to the extent that in para No.2 of the order dated 16.03.2017 "That petitioner No.1 got married with the respondent No.2 and due to temperamental differences and misunderstanding arisen between them, the marital relations between them could not proceed." be read and treated as deleted and rest of the order shall remain same.
