% 15.02.2019 Quashing of FIR No.67/2017, under Sections 186 and 353 IPC, registered at police station Dwarka, New Delhi is sought on merits. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State informs that Charges have been already framed on 31st October, 2018 and the complainant's chief examination has been already recorded. In view of aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition, with liberty to petitioner to assail the Charge by way of separate petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
