% 21.08.2017 We are not inclined to interfere with the movement order. The petitioner was stationed with 25 Bn, Chawla, New Delhi on 10.05.2013 and movement order was issued on 29.07.2017 i.e. after almost four years. Wife of the petitioner has given birth to a child in October, 2016. 05th Bn to which the petitioner has been posted, is presently located near Amritsar in Punjab. The medical facilities relating to IVF should be available at new place of posting.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that some time may be granted to the petitioner to join the new posting. As per the movement order, petitioner was required to report by 28th August, 2017. Ten days further time is granted to the petitioner to join at the
new place of posting.
With the aforesaid extension of time, the present writ petition as well as pending application are dismissed.
