% 23.11.2017 The petitioner is seeking bail in FIR No. 264/2017 registered under Section 408/34 IPC, Police Station Paharganj apropos certain claims of the complainant about wages and other items of economic value. The matter has since been settled amicably through the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre by way of a Settlement Agreement dated 16.11.2017 which is on record. The parties are present in the Court and have been identified by the respective counsel; they undertake to abide by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

Their undertaking is accepted.

In the circumstances, nothing survives in the matter and the substratum of the FIR is largely eroded.

In view of the aforesaid, interim relief is confirmed. The petition is allowed in the above terms.
