By this petition, petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 263/2018 under Section 307 IPC and Section 27 Arms Act registered at PS Jamia Nagar, Delhi on the ground that the petitioner has been wrongly identified as a person involved in the FIR.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take remedies in case charge sheet is filed against him.
