Though report of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre is that no settlement could be arrived, however, learned counsel for the plaintiff states that the parties, who are relations, have settled the matter and thus the plaintiff seeks to withdraw the suit. Plaintiff who is present in court and is identified by the learned counsel affirms that he wishes to withdraw the suit and applications.

Suit and applications are dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

Court fee be refunded to the plaintiff under Section 16 of the Court Fees Act.
