Statement of petitioner No.2 has been recorded. Petitioners, who are present in Court state that they are residing peacefully at their native place and affirm this fact they are not residing in Delhi. Since the petitioners are not residing in Delhi, no case for grant of protection to the petitioners is made out.

The petition is accordingly dismissed.
