% 15.11.2017 The present application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.PC for grant of Anticipatory Bail in case FIR No. 250/2015 under Section 498A/406/34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police StationKhyala, Delhi. An FIR has been registered in the instant case on the complainant of the complainant alleging that she married to the petitioner on 11.03.2011 at New Delhi. It is further alleged that the petitioner and his family members were treating her with cruelty and harassing her for want of dowry. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled with complainant/Ms. Aarti before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Delhi High Court, Sher Shah Road, New Delhi, on 11.08.2017.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and circumstances and settlement arrived at between the parties, the petitioner/applicant is admitted to anticipatory bail, subject to the following conditions:- (i) That the petitioner shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the concerned Station House Officer/Investigating Officer.
(ii) That the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any threat, inducement or promise to any witness in order to hamper the trial proceedings.
