The petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short 'Cr.PC') seeking his release on parole for one month in order to re-establish social ties with family members and society.

As per the nominal roll, the petitioner has jumped the parole w.e.f. 15.05.2015 and was brought back to Jail being re-arrested on 08.03.2016. His parole application was rejected by this Court on 26.05.2017 in W.P.(Crl) 1620/2017 for jumping the parole w.e.f. 15.05.2015.

In view of the conduct of the petitioner, this petition is dismissed. VINOD GOEL, J.
