O R D E R

% 17.08.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners were having business dealing with the complainant, namely, Rajat Lalit Gupta. Certain disputes arose between the parties with regard to the supply of saffron and its payment.

Complainant has lodged an FIR No. 253/2017 under Sections 420/506/34 IPC at Police Station Naupada in Maharashtra on 15th May, 2017 in order to put pressure on the petitioners. Petitioners will approach the concerned court seeking anticipatory bail. He submits that petitioners may be protected for 30 days so as to enable them to approach

the concerned court.

In the above facts, petitioners are granted anticipatory bail for 15 days, subject to their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- each with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Arresting Officer. This is made clear that transit anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners vide this order shall automatically lapse on expiry of 15 days.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
