O R D E R

% 18.08.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No. 584/2013 under Sections 354/323/341/506 IPC registered at police station Neb Sarai on the complaint of respondent no.2, may be quashed. It is noted that Petitioner and respondent no.2 were know to each other. It is submitted that FIR was lodged on account of some misunderstanding and the matter has now been compromised between Petitioner and Respondent no.2 in terms of Compromise Deed dated 11th August, 2017.

Respondent no.2 is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Raj Kumar, PS Neb Sarai. Respondent no.2 admits having settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free

will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and also admits her signature at point 'X' on Compromise Deed dated 11th August, 2017, which has been placed on record at pages 47 to 49. Respondent no.2 submits that she is not willing to pursue the present FIR, any further and has no objection in case the FIR is quashed. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 584/2013 under Sections 354/323/341/506 IPC registered at police station Neb Sarai and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
