% 21.03.2018 Learned counsel for the respondents accepts that the amount deposited has to be paid as refund to the petitioner. FDR of Rs.22,18,836/- would be encashed and paid to the petitioner along with interest accrued therein. Noticing the facts of the present case, including the orders dated 29.8.2017, 6.11.2017 and 5.1.2018, the petitioner, it is held, would be entitled to costs of Rs.5,000/-, which would be paid by the respondents to the petitioner within a period of four weeks.
