O R D E R
% 16.01.2017 Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that the application for interim relief is pending before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal. The application has not been rejected. It is open to the petitioners to pursue their application pending before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal.
We direct the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal to hear and dispose of the application for interim relief as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within six weeks from the date of communication of this order after giving both parties opportunity of hearing. There will be an order of status quo with regard to the property in question, till the disposal of the application for interim relief and in the event the application is decided against the petitioners, till one week after the disposal of the application for interim relief.
The writ petition is disposed of.
