% 08.10.2018 Petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.521/2016 under Sections 420/467/468/469/471/120B/348/365/367/388/384/386/387/506/511 IPC registered at PS Saket and the proceedings pursuant thereto. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State on instructions submits that after investigation a closure report has been filed before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate.

In view of this statement of learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take remedies in case the petitioners are summoned as an accused or any order adverse to them is passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate.

Leave and liberty granted.
