O R D E R

% 13.12.2017 This petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the petitioner seeking appointment of an Arbitrator for adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding dated 12th February, 2014.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection if the disputes are to be adjudicated under the agies of Delhi International Arbitration Centre (hereinafter referred to as 'DIAC'). The petitioner is also agreeable to the said suggestion.

I accordingly direct the parties to appear before the DIAC on 4th January, 2018 at 2 p.m. DIAC shall appoint a Sole Arbitrator for adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the MOU dated 12th February, 2014. The arbitration and

the fees shall be governed by the DIAC rules. The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs.
