% 05.12.2017 Although, an affidavit of Sh. Shurbir Singh S/o Sh. Gurdial Singh Dhillon, posted as IAS, Chief Executive Officer in Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board, Punarvas Bhawan, I.P. Estate, New Delhi-110002, dated 27th October, 2017, has been filed, we are of the view that the same is not in compliance with the letter and spirit of the directions issued by this Court, by way of its order dated 30th August, 2017, in relation to the action and inaction of the appropriate authority in permitting convicted individuals to continue in service.

In this view of the matter, Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board/respondent is directed to file a further and better affidavit in compliance of the order dated 30th August, 2017, within four weeks from today.
