Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the averments made by the respondents in the counter affidavit to the effect that the petitioner was granted the benefits of the 1st financial upgradation under the ACP Scheme w.e.f. 24.01.2006 and the 2nd financial upgradation under the MACP Scheme on 24.01.2014, no further grievance survives for adjudication in this petition.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. 4.

It is directed that if the PPO of the petitioner has not been revised by the respondents after the benefits granted to him under the 1st ACP Scheme and the 2nd MACP Scheme, then the same shall be revised within six weeks, under written intimation to him.
