% 13.10.2017 The present writ petition was preferred by the petitioners to assail the interim orders passed by the Tribunal on 1st July, 2016 & 2nd June, 2017 in OA No.100/2162/2016. During the pendency of the present writ petition, the Tribunal has disposed of the Original Application itself. Thus, the interim order stands merged in the final order passed by the Tribunal.

This writ petition has, therefore, become infructuous and is disposed of as such.

It shall be open to the petitioners to assail the final order passed by the Tribunal in the proceedings.
