O R D E R

% 22.11.2017 Instant petition has come to be filed seeking directions to the following effect :

"(a) Direct the respondent to reweigh the goods/articles loaded for transportation in VPH No. SR03840 in Train No. 12650 (NZM to YPR) manually at the cost of the petitioner.

...................................................................................................... ...................................................................................................." On 11.7.2017, interim directions came to be passed, as under:

"............................Meantime, on the re-weighment of the consignment subject matter of the petition in the presence of the petitioner or his duly nominated representative and on depositing the due payments thereagainst within two days from today, the goods of the petitioner shall be released forthwith, without

prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties." Mr. Singh, ld. Sr. Standing Counsel for the respondentRailways submits in terms of the above-said order, on re-weighment, goods stand already released.

Ld. counsel for the petitioner concedes. In view of the above-said, nothing survives in the petition and the same is stands disposed off.

Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off accordingly.
