This writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn as prayed not only because the provisions of Rule 53 of the Central Civil Services Rules alongwith the definition of family contained in Rule 2(c) have not been stated but also that respondent no.2/employee is posted at Jaipur in Rajasthan, and the impugned nomination has been done by the respondent no.2 not in Delhi but in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Accordingly, this writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn as prayed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the competent court of W.P.(C) 481/2017
