This Revision Petition under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) impugns the order dated 10th August, 2017 of the Court of District Judge (West), Delhi) of dismissal of TP-74/2017 filed by the petitioners under Section 24 of the CPC qua CS No.18/17/88 (New No. Civ DJ-12697/16) of the Court of the Additional District Judge -02 (West), Delhi. 4.

After some hearing, the senior counsel for the petitioners withdraws the petition with liberty to take the said grounds, if remains aggrieved from the final adjudication of the suit.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. No costs.
