The record shows that the petitioner‟s husband was directed to be treated by respondent no.4 hospital on the premise that he fell in the EWS category. I am informed by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner‟s husband was treated by respondent no.4 hospital and, therefore, the petitioner does not wish to press the writ petition any further.

Ms. Petal Chandhiok, who appears for respondent no.4 hospital says that for the purposes of its records respondent no.4 hospital, will require the income certificate, purportedly, issued by the concerned SDM which establishes that the petitioner‟s family fell in the EWS category.

Mr. Nahar, who appears for respondent no.2/GNCTD says that an enquiry was conducted by SDM, Dwarka which has revealed that the petitioner‟s family does in fact fall in the EWS category. 4.

In these circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the

captioned petition.

4.1 Respondent no.2 is, however, directed to furnish the income certificate concerning the petitioner‟s family to respondent no.4 hospital.
