% 23.08.2017 Mr. Rai, ld.counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the demolition has come to be effected on 21.8.2017 and thereby, it has been made inhabitable and that, further action in accordance with law shall be taken in due course of time. Ms. Parashar, ld.
counsel for the petitioner submits that with the demolition action carried out, remaining structure is/will be endangering the life and the property of the petitioner, which is adjoining thereto and the respondents may be directed to take further action in a time bound manner.
In view of the aforegoing, the respondents are directed to complete the remaining action within a maximum period of six
months from today. Petition is disposed off accordingly. Should the petitioner have any further cause of action on account of any inaction attributable to the respondents, petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court afresh.
