CRL.M.C. 3242/2017 By the impugned order petitioner has been directed to pay rent @ `20,000/- per month to respondent with effect from the date of filing of petition. In the main petition, it has not been alleged that petitioner was living on rent and had been paying fixed rent of `20,000/- per month to landlord. The address of the petitioner as given in the petition is that of her father.

During the course of hearing, respondent has admitted that she is living on rent w.e.f. September, 2017.

Accordingly, impugned order is modified and petitioner is directed to pay rent @ `20,000/-

per month to respondent w.e.f. 1st September, 2017. Arrears be cleared within four weeks.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
