We are informed by Mr.Kamal Kapoor, learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to our order dated 28th August, 2015, the petitioner is being heard by the office of the Registrar of Cooperative Societies in the matter of substitution of his name in place of his deceased father. Mr.Kamal also informs that the petitioner shall be filing a representation before respondent No.1 today.

The Registrar of Cooperative Societies shall proceed in the matter and shall examine the representation submitted by the petitioner on its own merit and thereafter pass a speaking order thereon in accordance with law. W.P.(C) 7464/2015

In view of the pendency of the matter before the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, it would not be appropriate to deal with the petitioner's contentions on merits in the present writ petition. 4.

If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the order passed by the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, it shall be open for him to assail the same by way of appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. 5.

It is also made clear that nothing herein contained is an expression of opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case. 6.

The writ petition and the application are disposed of in the above terms.
