1. Mr. Rajeev Sharma, learned counsel for DUSIB informs the Court that of the four toilet blocks that were to be constructed, one is already functional and the other three will be made functional within a week from now.

2. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioners to approach the Court in case the above assurance is not adhered to.
