% 28.08.2017 The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition to seek direction to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi to hear and decide OA No.1619/2015 pending before the Tribunal. The only ground taken by the petitioner is that the said original application is pending since the year 2015. The petitioner has been compulsorily retired with cut in pension and gratuity. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will attain the age of superannuation on 31.08.2019. Firstly, the said date is still little over two years from now, secondly, in any event if the petitioner succeeds, it would be within the domain of the Tribunal to grant appropriate relief to the petitioner. We are of the view that the

Tribunal has to regulate its own diary. Even otherwise it is not the petitioner's case that other cases of later years are being given precedence by the Tribunal.

In these circumstances, we are not inclined to issue the directions as prayed for. Dismissed.
