The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the respondents be directed to provide certified copies of the entire file; the order under Section 26(1) of the Competition Act, 2000; and also provide the records for inspection.

The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that after the present petition was filed, the petitioner has received a letter dated

16.08.2017 from the CCI permitting the petitioner to inspect the records and fix the inspection at 12.30 PM on 17.08.2017. 5.

The learned counsel for the CCI submits that after the inspection the petitioner would also be provided with all copies of all documents desired by it other than those considered confidential. 6.

Although, the time specified for conducting inspection in the letter dated 16.08.2017 has elapsed, the CCI shall indicate another time for the inspection to be conducted. The hearing fixed for tomorrow i.e. 18.08.2017 shall be further extended for a period of four weeks. 7.

The above order is passed with the consent of counsel for the parties. 8.

In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner is addressed. 9.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
