CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL GAUR
O R D E R
% 19.04.2018 A post of Manager (Office) was advertized by second respondent in January, 2015. Petitioner was placed in the panel at Sl. No.2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the person at Sl. No.1 in the panel had joined, but since his appointment was found to be irregular, so his service was terminated. In the counter-affidavit filed by second respondent, it is asserted that the post of Manager (Office) was not created with the approval of the competent authority and ex post facto approval for creation of said post has been sought, but it is awaited. Since the life of the panel cannot be more than one year, therefore, the relief sought in this petition cannot be granted. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
