Learned counsel for the parties have drawn my attention to the order dated 12.3.2018, passed by the Supreme Court in SLP 4470-4471/2018. To be noted a copy of the order has been placed before the Court. 2.

A perusal of the said order would show that not only has the Supreme Court disposed of the pending SLP but has also directed that the captioned writ petition, bearing no.7139/2017 shall also stand disposed of. 3.

In these circumstances, nothing further survives in the captioned writ petition according to the counsel for the parties as well. 4.

Accordingly the writ petition and all pending applications shall stand closed.
