% 11.12.2017 FIR No. 43/2017 under Sections 354/354A/323/451/506/34 IPC was registered against the petitioners at police station Gandhi Nagar, on the complaint of respondent no.2. Petitioners and respondent no.2 are stated to be neighbours.

It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi on 6th June, 2017, therefore, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom may be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Deshpal of police station Gandhi Nagar. Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, she

has no objection in case FIR is quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 before the Mediation Centre, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
