% 04.12.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioners seek direction thereby to quash the communication dated 11.09.2018 issued by the respondent threatening to disconnect the electricity connection installed in respect of upper ground, first, second and third floor of premises bearing no.Y-2, Plot No.9, Naveen Shahdara, Delhi.

Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.1, on instructions, submits that respondent is not taking any action pursuant to communication dated 11.09.2018.

In view of the statement made by counsel for respondent no.1, no order is required to be passed in the present petition.
