% 08.03.2018 The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the lis has been settled between the parties by way of a settlement, which is embodied in the Receipt dated 21.01.2018, which is on the record. As agreed, the appellant was to receive an amount of Rs.3,00,000/-, which has been so paid to her by way of a Demand Draft issued by the HDFC Bank on 19.01.2018. Simultaneously, the said Receipt also acknowledges the full and final settlement with Mr. B. L. Singhal, the husband of the appellant, by payment of Rs.1,50,000/- to him by way of a bank draft issued by the aforesaid Bank on the date aforementioned.
