% 18.08.2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of his application having been filed before the Tehsildar, South (M.B.Road, Saket) which is pending before him since 13.6.2017 no action has been taken; the demarcation of the land of the petitioner has not been effected. In the aforenoted application (dated 13.6.2017) contention of the petitioner is that he is the owner and in actual physical possession of the agricultural land measuring 1 Bigha 11 Biswas forming a part of Khasra No.470 Min(1-11) situated in the Revenue Estate at Village Bhati, Tehsil Saket, New Delhi. Additional submission is that the demarcation charges have since been deposited by the petitioner but demarcation has not been carried out. Respondent has put in appearance. He undertakes and ensures

this Court that the application of the petitioner shall be decided by the Tehsildar expeditiously and preferably within an outer limit of three weeks from today.

At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that she is facing a threat of dispossession and this has been specifically averred by her in her petition. On an appropriate application being filed in next two days, the Tehsildar will ensure that appropriate orders are passed on the said application within an outer limit of three days from the receipt of the said application.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
