CRL.M.A. 35354/2025 (for appropriate directions to deposit the fine amount as per order dated 18.09.2025) 1.

By way of present application, the applicant/appellant seeks extension of time in depositing the fine amount in terms of the order dated 18.09.2025. 2.

The present appeal was disposed of on 18.09.2025, upholding the conviction while modifying sentence to the period already undergone by the appellant. The said order was, however, subject to deposit of fine imposed by the learned Trial Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant/appellant, upon instructions from the appellant, who is present in person and is identified by the IO, submits that on account of financial constraints, the appellant could not deposit the fine amount in time and prays that further time be granted to the appellant to deposit the fine amount in compliance of the order dated The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and in view of the prayer made, the present application is disposed of with the directions that the fine amount be deposited within a period of two weeks from today. The receipt thereof shall be furnished to the IO. 5.

A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned Trial Court for information and necessary compliance.
