O R D E R

% 26.10.2017 Notice could not be issued as process fee was not filed. However, respondent no. 2 is present in Court and accepts notice. He has been identified by SI Amit Dutt of police station Lajpat Nagar. It is submitted that offence under Section 420 has already been compounded by the trial court vide order dated 12th March, 2015 and petitioners have been acquitted for the said offence.

Respondent no.2 submits that he has compromised the matter with the petitioner of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion.

He also admits that offence under Section 420 IPC has been permitted to be compounded by the trial court. Disputes arose between the petitioners and respondent no.2 with regard to membership of 'Country Inn' club.

Keeping in view the nature of the disputes and the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2, FIR No. 28/2008 in respect of the other offences, that is, Sections 409/120B IPC registered at police station Lajpat Nagar is quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
