W.P.(C) 7060/2017 The present petition has been filed with the following prayers: "In the circumstance, it is most humbly and respectfully prayed that the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to:- (A) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction thereby directing the respondents to register the bus no.DL1PC 0579 in favour of the petitioner or its nominee; (B) direct the respondents to pay a sum of Rs.4.00lacs (Rupees Four Lacs) or any other sum to the petitioner towards the loss of earning and depreciation of the bus; and (C) pass any further order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the
case."
Despite direction to file status report on December 6, 2017 the status report is not forthcoming. Today the learned counsel for the petitioner states the petitioner is ready and willing to fulfil such conditions as may be imposed by the respondents, provided, the respondents register the Bus No. DL-1PC0579 in the name of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondents on instructions, submits that the conditions to be fulfilled by the petitioner shall be conveyed within one week from today and on fulfilment of those conditions the Bus in question shall be registered in the name of the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.
In view of the above statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the learned counsel for the petitioner states, the same shall satisfy the petitioner and the petition be disposed of as such. Ordered accordingly.
