W.P.(C) 7090/2017 & CM No.29481/2017 The learned counsel for the respondents states that despite efforts she has been unable to contact the concerned officer. The Combined Graduate Level Examination- 2017 (CGL) is scheduled to be held on 19.08.2017 at 4:30 and this Court finds it difficult to understand why the request of the petitioner has not been responded to at all.

In the circumstances, the learned counsel for the respondents is directed to inform respondent no.2 to depute a responsible officer to be present in the Court today i.e. 18.08.2017 at 2:15 PM. List on 18.08.2017 at 2:15 PM.
