The learned counsel for the respondent states upon instructions from Mr. Pradeep Chauhan, AE, that the petitioners' proposal for shifting of the public toilet, presently under constructions right in front of the petitioners' building i.e. Sardar Mohan Singh Building, Connaught Place, will be considered in the next two weeks including the petitioners' offer of an

alternate site, and the speaking order in this regard would be conveyed to the respondent.
