Bail Appl 2684/2016 By this application, the applicant in effect seeks extension of interim bail granted by the ld. ASJ vide order 24th December, 2016. Ld. ASJ granted interim bail to the applicant to look after his ailing wife, who was admitted in the hospital for treatment of "schizophrenia with archived depression with history of repeated suicide attempts with history of fever and chest infection". The said order by itself records for the admission required for 710 days. Interim bail, however, was granted only for four days. Keeping in view of the totality of the facts and circumstances, interim bail is extended till 2nd January, 2017 on the same terms and conditions.
Application stands disposed of.
